Notes to all Treasurers / Secretaries.
All club cheques to be blank with only total membership amount logged and  club signatures signed on same. I.S.R.F. will complete and fill in all required relevant Information before Issuing to A.I.B.  A full list of all Club member names, addresses and contact details to be listed and forwarded with cheque fees.

The 15 blank cheques for inland and open races should also be provided blank, no date, and only signed by club signees. These cheques can be posted or handed over to I.S.R.F. treasures on or before 1st O-B race.
